I noticed that too. I don't know if the timers are out of whack or the sensors are screwed up. In any case I hate waiting at a traffic signal when there are no other cars around. This seems to be counter productive for helping traffic, limiting air pollution, and frankly it feels like I am wasting my life at the intersection.

The City of Middletown will officially launch SeeClickFix in October 2016.
