Description
While on the beltway feeder at Hwy 90, the signal lights are incorrectly timed. The cross-traffic on Hwy 90 get a full 2 minutes of green light, while there are always only a few cars traveling that direction. However, the traffic on the beltway 8 feeder, the green light only gives them less than 20 seconds to go. This causes a huge backup on the feeder between the hours of 0700 and 0900.
