Many pet owners in the Dilworth area do not clean up after their pets. Is there a city ordinance that requires pet owners to clean up after their dogs? What can be done to enforce that ordinance?

It is unfortunate that the residents of this area spend a large sum of money on a home just to have someone leave their pet waste in the front yard.

What can be done to correct this issue?
