S. Rec'd notice from Water Dept regarding my meters and that they had missed me when they came to my home. I have no idea what they want and when I called I got a long an unhelpful voice mail message. I am 86, handicapped and hard of hearing. If the water department needs me, I would appreciate an afternoon appointment and they will have to call me on my cell 973-270-4903 when they arrive.
