Description

Two storm drains at the west dead end of NY Ave are clogged with leaves and tar from the plow this winter. Can we have someone come out and clean up the area. Large pieces of tar, debris. In addition the guardrail is overgrown with trees and barely visible. NY and RI Ave Thank you! Gail Annis 242 RI Ave
