The bollards along the railing have reached the end of their useful life. The hardware has rusted shut and are no longer serviceable. Estimates are being gathered for a complete replacement fixture. In some spots where the bollards have been removed by an unknown person, leaving electrical wires exposed. The service to these bollards has been temporarily stopped for safety.
Regarding the uplights, several have been damaged beyond repair. We are developing a replacement plan with our vendors to enhance their visibility during the daytime to avoid future damage.

The underground wiring was broken in several places. Multiple fixtures have been damaged and must be replaced. We're working with vendors to obtain quotes for repair.
To help track these issues, please report the asphalt damage for repair in a separate SeeClickFix ticket so it may be routed to the correct department.

Replacement for the missing bollard has been ordered with a 8-10 week timeline for delivery and install.
Materials shortages are delaying restoration of the dolphin wall uplights and workarounds are being explored. Once a viable replacement option is sourced, an accurate timeline for restoral can be shared.
