Citizen who uses a wheelchair called to report broken/lifted concrete sidewalk panels in the vicinity of 730 and 736 Jackson St S that are making passage difficult. Stated that some of the cracks may be caused by growth of tree roots. Please inspect and refer to Pavement Maintenance as needed.

Tree limb has fallen in street due to wind from Irma

Resident reports "utility lines behind my house are sagging possibly because the guide wires on the utility poles are broken - lines need to be raised" - will send CSR to try to inspect, but with no alley there may be no easy access without property owner permission.
