This entire street needs to be replaced on both sides. I called this item in to 311 last summer and the only fix offered was some asphalt poured into the cracks on the opposite side of the street. I would also support narrowing Otis Place in this area in order to widen the sidewalk, slow traffic, and add tree-boxes.
