Almost everyday, trucks park blocking the North sidewalk in the 700 Block of Filbert Street. people need to walk into the street to get by. Also when exiting 700 Filbert Street, the North bound traffic can't be seen because vehicles are parked on 7th Street blocking the South Bound view. (Very Dangerous)
