Are we waiting for an accident of for someone to be hit by a car until we fix this issue. The light has been out since Monday afternoon. It is now Thursday morning and nothing has been done. We need someone to direct traffic and cross the children around this area if nothing is going to be done. How much longer will it take?

I'll bet they're just waiting for a part for the light control system. But let's be clear, the light is working, but not working properly. It blinks yellow for traffic on Gorham Street and blinks red for the cross traffic on Elm/Highland Street.
