Description

Who is responsible for the garbage/cleanliness in the South 40 shopping plaza? It looks like a garbage dump. There are old tires, broken fender and a bunch of other unsightly garbage on the north side of the Shoppers. Whether there is construction happening there or not, that is not an excuse for dumping.
