A friend of mine, Larry Roy, lives in a camper van behind 107 Raffia Road. He is in poor health, drinks to excess, has mental health issues and is in generally poor condition. He rents the parking space from Kevin who lives in the house. Living in the van has negatively impacted his condition and it is not safe.
