Residents can clear the leaves off the top of storm drains in front of their own homes if they see them covered. Be proactive, not reactive!

How about a storm drain that the exit from it is half under debris ,the drain put in well over 20 years ago was for a golf course and not properly installed just by the way the exit from there goes...my basement flooded three times in 20 years due to that getting clogged up with crap for the city streets it should be looked at I reported it to the city they came out the engineer said how 's the water supposed to flow uphill? Nothing more I had 5500 .00 in damages the insurance company didn't want to hear about...
