Description

The lot at the NE corner of NW University Ave and NW 3rd St has an ongoing issue with illegal parking, noise, and trash. This property has been vacant and fenced with no parking signs for quite a while. Last night was the worst, with hundreds of people/cars taking up blocks of private property with cars, public intoxication, open containers, illegal explosives, etc.. The owner of this property needs to maintain and secure it. This is a dirt lot, not a parking lot. There were multiple calls from the surrounding neighborhood to GPD last night for the crowds and noise still going on at 3am.
