Description

There's always people causing Trouble on E 296th St. There's people always roaming the streets and people are trying to break into nearby houses. Need to put a stop to this. And knowone is aware of this or seeing this.

Eastlake runs a very successful Blockwatch and has seen a lot of decrease in loitering and crime. I would suggest you get a hold of EPD and ask them about how to start.
