wow thats nasty and should be fixed...

UPDATE: It looks somewhat cleaner today. The urinal was cleaned and air freshener installed on the wall, a urinal deodorizer placed. Sink was cleaned. Divider still looks gross and smeared but its better. The floor still needs washing bad. Maybe some bleach would improve it and get rid of the smell. The staff locked the door and requires users to ask for a key...which I think is a good move. I'm happy to see this was at least addressed. To whomever is paying attention at the Library and/or City Hall....Thanks for your efforts :-)
Now I can take a leak and not feel like I'm in a NYC Subway bathroom
