Description

Every time it rains the water is not draining from the street. There’s not a catch basin on the street but there is an area on the corner of Witch Hill and Hillside that’s clogged with leaves and debris that the city clears so the water can drain into the park. These past few heavy rainfalls have resulted in several inches of water spanning this end of the street. This is preventing some cars from coming down the street and others are flooding peoples front yards by speeding through.
