for the City Inspectors Office, apartments 1215 and 1216 have water leaking through the walls when it rains. it has been five times that the issue has happened. police officer 175 Trisha Wattigny stopped an electrical fire in progress while on scene due to standing water. Issue has occurred since February. Management only cleans the water but has not fixed the source of the problem.
