The house on the corner of SW 16th Street & 69th Ave. is a pig sty. Furniture on the front porch, old boat trailers in his yard and across the street at his daughters, at least 10-15 cars on front grass or more on weekends. Does he have a used car permit? Illegal rental of his garage. It is embarassing for the houses that are kept neat and clean at the dead end of the street. He is bringing appraisal values down, not fair. Code Enforcement does nothing!
