Thank you for being such a concerned neighbor. Instead of knocking on a door or leaving a note, you made sure that a disabled person got a ticket she cannot afford because she wasn’t physically able to fix this issue herself and couldn’t afford to pay someone else to do it.
You seem to have a lot of time on your hands. Maybe use it to help instead of hurt? Or, stay home and binge watch something?

Thank you for being such a concerned neighbor. Instead of knocking on a door or leaving a note, you made sure that a disabled person got a ticket she cannot afford because she wasn’t physically able to fix this issue herself and couldn’t afford to pay someone else to do it.
You seem to have a lot of time on your hands. Maybe use it to help instead of hurt? Or, stay home and binge watch something?
