Description

A large, flowering stalk of what I believe to be stinging nettle (ask me how I know!) is leaning out into the footpath at Marymoor Park, between the Sammamish Rowing Association and the river. I touched it yesterday, not knowing what it was, and I definitely won't be making that mistake again. The footpath sees a lot of use, though, especially by kids at the rowing club, and I'm concerned someone is going to walk right into it. The stalk is extending into the path about 5.5 feet off the ground, on the left side of the path as you walk toward the water. Thank you for your attention. Please ruin this plant's day.
