How can this be a legal parking space? There is no room for a car to pass without going over the double yellow line. The parking signage needs to be adjusted and No Parking Anytime here to corner added with yellow curb paint.

Unfortunately the two signs are now reversed.
The sign in the middle of the No Parking zone (closer to the corner) has a single arrow pointing backwards. It should have the double arrows.
The sign at the edge of the No Parking zone (adjacent to driveway) has double arrows. It should have the single sided arrow going backwards.
