I will forward to our Road Dept, litter is typically removed from the sidewalk and roadway. I believe the owner of the property may be responsible for the easement.

This sidewalk/area along a cement wall is actually county property. The drop down list didn't have a proper selection for such an issue, just picked the sidewalk one. The County has cleaned up this area in the past. Needs to revisit. Thanks!!!

Per the City of Belmont, and confirmed by the County a few years ago, the south side of O'Neill Street is county property. The County has cleaned up that strip of property along the fence several times in the past. Please verify. Thanks. . .
