Also if more than three cars are trying to turn left the remaining cars have to wait in the left lane and that is also very dangerous. Not a great spot for that sign.

Thank you for reporting this issue using SeeClickFix. A site visit was performed on 7/19/21 and it appears this trailer was placed by the Ventura County Sherriff's Department based on the City of Thousand Oaks sticker.
This was placed there without the City's knowledge and/or permission. We are currently trying to make contact with them to have it removed ASAP.

It’s back again! Was removed yesterday but now it’s back
