Thank you for picking up 1 of the 2 piles - 2nd pile was NOT picked up so ticket should still be open. PLEASE send a truck back to S. Belmont Rd. to pick up 2nd pile at 3610 (pile is near exit driveway near fire hydrant) AND pile at 3549. We try to coordinate in our neighborhood to make it a more efficient pick up - piles reported at same time BUT it NEVER works. This has been an ongoing effort to save the City (all of us - employees, residents, taxpayers) duplicate work, time, fuel but we always have to request a reopening of the ticket. Is there anything we can do to make this work better? Because it is surely not working well now.

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.
