Description

Dead and dying trees in the alleyway behind Fry's and the retail center at the NW corner of Val Vista and Warner. Dead and missing oleander shrubs. There may be a watering issue with the dying semi-deciduous tree. This area is not being maintained properly. Also need to make sure water is draining properly after rain, as there is a mosquito issue in this area, too.
