Hi lansinggamer, You sound frustrated about the car being in the driveway. Seems it's the remaining element to solving your complaint. Just a tip, the car may not be out of compliance. There is no code stating how often a car must be driven. Code Com may have been by and assessed other relevant components of your complaint but found the car was ok as is.
