This home has been abandoned for years. It was never cleaned out and we believe it is the source of a new crop of rodents we are seeing. An overgrown mimosa tree in the backyard is a hazard for power wires. The house is in a valuable location and the city should foreclose on the owner for unpaid property taxes and put it on the market.

For the problem with the tree limbs on the wires please contact PECO at (800) 494-4000 .
L&I does not inspect for bed bugs or Rats but they do inspect for MICE and ROACHES. If it's anything bigger than a mouse, please contact the health department at 215-686-5000.
