Staff visited site . The area in question lies parallel to ELSP and the area functions as the primary access to two homes, one recently completed and a second currently under construction.

Sloughed materials and a steeled trench were observed onsite. The sloughed material will be removed to improve drainage in ditch and will be investigated further by a professional geotechnical engineer for stability. The developer has also been contacted to address the trench settlement from the recent storm installation for the new house.

This notice will remain open until the geotechnical consultant has completed their evaluation of the sloughed area at which time additional information will be posted.

City has hire geotechnical consultant to evaluate the slope's condition. Estimated site visit 10/19/2021 but is dependent upon receiving written permission from property owner to enter upon property 10/6/2021.
