Description

At the intersections of oak terrace and summer st and also winn terrace and summer st, we need a curb cut for pedestrians to walk. My stroller can't go up on the sidewalk without a ramp which means I have to walk in the street with my two babies which is very dangerous on summer st where cars speed up and down the curved hill. Please fix this so it's safe for my family and other residents of the neighborhood.
