Descripción

The resident of 2 Whiting Street, Apt. 14, continues to feed animals by the dumpster in the Municipal Parking Lot. She has been told more than once my myself and her landlord to stop. This unfortunately leads to a damaging situation by encouraging and inviting unwanted
scavenging animals
to feed near or in the dumpster.

Cerrado Concerned Residents in Plainville (Invitado)

Finally had to call the Health Department regarding this issue, who had to call her twice. She has finally stopped throwing food out near the dumpster. Hopefully this is the end of it. Thanks to the Health Department.
