Do you have a dog yourself? Do you walk it and not pick up after it? Could be someone leaving a message... If that's not it, then hopefully you catch the person doing it.

our neighbors dog daily comes to my front lawn to do his business, so finally i called by-law and havent seen the mutt since

i do have a dog and we have trained her to do her business in one area of our back yard. perhaps one of our neighbors thinks that our dog is doing business on their lawn. i truly find it disgusting and hope it stops. i have thought about installing a camera.

if a neighbor has a concern i would certainly hope they would use their words rather than dump dog poop!!!!!!
