This morning, Code Enforcement posted this property with a Notice.

That's great. Unfortunately, I don't believe anyone lives there. The owner will probably have to be contacted.

I live across the street from this house. Although I admit the lawn is long, I do not believe it deserted; perhaps the owner is out of town, and I can certainly ask the neighbors. The same lawn service that does ours does hers; they are city employees in another city and do lawns on their off time, so perhaps they have not had time to do lawns because the city employees have been taking care of all the dead fish. I will attempt to find out if the owner is aware, likely not.
