Description

Entire yard, but far worse the back yard, is a jungle. Not mowed in well over a month, 10-ft tall marijuana in half the back yard, piles of dug up weeds not thrown out, fence literally falling down (for YEARS), trees not trimmed up at all, just a mess. This is the third time I have reported this neighbor.
