Alley needs refinished. Entire thing is riddled with potholes and ruts

This past fall the FIT company began work on the alley between Lincoln and Buchanan at 20th, they have still not finished the work. Improperly installed storm drain and sewer drain and just left and never came back. Alley is impassable as is 20th street.

Huge potholes in alley.

Alley between MacVicar and Wayne, between Huntoon and 13th is nearly unusable for smaller cars due to huge and endless pot holes and ruts. It was resurfaced a few summers ago, and that lasted maybe a month before it was back to just as bad as before. Needs the old concrete removed and regraded.

A Kansas Sand and Concrete truck did a wash out in the alley after delivering the concrete to the City of Topeka workers. These workers watched him do it. Said they know it’s wrong but can’t stop him from doing it. The chemicals in the water are dangerous and the waste left over by The Kansas Sand and Concrete truck is ridiculous.

Vegetation from delinquent homeowners is overtaking the alley.

overgrown shrubs. they scratch cars when you have to drive around another car, which happens often. please trim these back further.

Alley has collapsed panels leading to uneven surface and multiple potholes.

Left alley concrete on private property when alley concrete was removed 2 years ago and returned to pressed rock. No response when reported.
