Delicias de Minas Bar & Restaurant 168 Mcwhorter st, has created a public hazzard. This resturant has live bands and has a permenate structure that goes into the street into the bike lane. On top of that they have live bands 4 days a week, they place speakers in the bike lane. The side walk is blocked by dancing so people have to walk almost in the middle of the street to get around their patrons. Last week i watched as a mother with children had to walk in the middle of the street to get around the double parked cars, obstructed sidewalk and crowds. Some one is going to get hurt here, and the police arent doing a thing.
