the traffic signal @21mi. & Jefferson was installed when the intersection was revamped and appears to be camera activated, however it never sees the traffic situation, and appears to work on a long timer cycle. A few weeks ago the signals @ 21 & Sugarbush (which always worked correctly) were needlessly replaced. PLEASE, please get the signals @ 21 & Jefferson working correctly. This is the 3rd time I have voiced my thoughts on this issue and hope the powers that be are listening. No more needlessly replacing those that work before fixing those that don't.
