Deskripsyon

This pedestrian crossing is one block from the elementary school. Despite new signs, cars never stop at the pedestrian crossing. Maybe if they get fines, they would consider stopping for Pedestrians

Would help if it were an actual "state law" and not just a county law, I personally don't stop unless they are in the road. People need to realize that just because a car SHOULD stop a pedestrian doesn't mean it CAN or WILL so pedestrians watch for cars...they can kill you.
