There is no light crossing the West side of the intersection with Maryland and 9th Street NE: The only visible pedestrian light pertains to crossing over E Street NE and it is not timed with the lights on Maryland Ave: Pedestrians often confuse the light for relevant to the Maryland Ave crossing because there are 2 streets to cross over and they move into moving traffic.
A pedestrian light needs to be added, and ideally sychronized with the lights on E Street NE and 9th Street Intersection
