11/29/2020 request ID 8981636 service request 29657. Acknowledged by DWSD but nothing was done.

07/24/2019 updated the 04/30/2019 request was updated and stated nothing was completed.

04/30/2019 request ID 5780827. DWSD stated that job would be complete in CW 766. DWSD acknowledged but nothing was done.

Someone came to clean the drain on 8/21/21. It rained on Friday 8/27. STREET IS FILLED WITH WATER. These photos were taken on SATURDAY afternoon 8/28 a WHOLE 24 hours later and the water did not go down. So either the drain was not properly cleaned or DWSD needs to reimburse the citizens in this area for their basements flooding because it is clearly the fault of DWSD!

There are TWO drains across from each other and water did not move.

Gary Brown need to loose his job because this is absurd that we have to KEEP asking for basic things that this department should be completing on a regular basis. FIX OUR DRAINS!
