Description

When traveling south on Clark, the street light at Balmoral on the west side of the street is facing the wrong way and, hence, is not visible to southbound traffic on Clark. Instead of facing north, the light faces east, even though Balmoral is a one-way street which heads east-bound. It didn't use to be this way until they recently updated the traffic light.
