There is large pile of debris from apartment fire Thursday night. This large pile of debris has very noxious odor; because it's from a fire, it almost certainly contains hazardous materials. This is a safety hazard, especially for children or people with diminished capacity; also a hazard for anyone taking a breath near this rubbish pile on street.
