With the warmer weather, car windows are rolled down. The problem is that when cars are stopped at the light (both streets), radios are often blasting loud music at all hours of the day and night. Isn't there a noise ordinance? It needs to be enforced. Can't sleep through the night without being awaken by the loud radios several times a night..
