To Whom It May Concern:

The alley behind 7461 Beverly Blvd (C/S: Gardner and Vista) needs immediate resurfacing. (Please see attached photos.)

The alley, in its current, dilapidated state, has been the cause of numerous incidents/accidents. Individuals (and groups walking together) have tripped and nearly fallen when traversing the unsteady ground and deteriorating asphalt to and from the restaurant, Buddha's Belly. The restaurant is adjacent to the many offices located at the same address, where several occupants there have experienced the same issues.

Vehicles driving through the alley to park behind the building (at 7461 Beverly) have also had issues with the front end of their cars plunging into hole, and hitting the asphalt while navigating the alleyway.
