corner of 324 Marshall St. on the 310 Marshall St. side
of the property, that leans across the road toward our house. I was looking at it this morning, the whole top of the tree
is failing, everything is dying including all the leaves. If the tree falls, it will go across the road and hit our house.

Yes, that tree is a nuisance in the neighborhood with branches always falling off.
During a bad storm a branch landed in the road and blocked traffic.
