Deskripsyon

Storm drains are clogged with leaves and debris throughout this neighborhood, rain water is unable to drain away and is covering roadways. Perhaps the city should engage in some street sweeping to remove debris and prevent this from happening.

In our neighborhood we keep this up ourselves. It only takes a minute and the organic debris is good garden compost. The city can't be expected to sweep all routes monthly. That's what it would take to have the drains clear of debris each time it rains. Of course in the winter it's not needed...
