Description

Tree has dead leader on the top. Tree bark is continuously falling from tree. The tree roots have destroyed the curb and are uplifting sidewalk. There is a lot of foot traffic here traveling to and from Harborview Market and this tree causes safety issues. Tree may be rotted on inside.
