Description

Plastic Shed is on HOA property not bolted to a cement slab. It is on 2 planks just over the parking lot hill. If a hurricane or heavy wind storm comes through it will most likely blow over. I know there was no permit pulled as I looked on the town website for the records. I also know that one needed to be pulled as a previous board looked into putting up a shed and was told a permit was needed and it needed to be bolted to a cement slab.
