Witnessed two more accidents this past week. And now with bridge traffic backup, this continues to be a terrible spot. Recommendation - block the intersection, prevent vehicles from crossing S. 3rd at Nun St., (like they did when the crosswalk was added at Ann St.), and force cars to u-turn around at both Dock and at Castle St.'s.
