I find it not only annoying but also a dangerous situation having all those kids in the center of the road. One of them get hit by a car they step in front of and you will have the Moms that are just sitting on the side of the road suing drivers, city and anyone else they can for their own bad judgement. I would never have my kids standing in a street for any reason.

It seems anyone with a bucket is able to just stand on the corner and collect money now.. Even if these ARE legit charitable requests.. Who is teaching these children that it is better to stand on the corner and beg for the money, or EXPECT it from people, rather than work for it.. What about CarWashes? What about Bake Sales? It's pathetic...
